Confirmed: Cold Case Posse’s investigation was junk

In a court brief, Dennis Montgomery, named by Playboy Magazine as “The Man who Scammed the Pentagon,” confirmed what many of us already knew. He was the source for the “universe-shattering” investigation of the Cold Case Posse. The brief states:
16) I [Dennis Montgomery] have become concerned that Judge Snow’s personal interests in these matters could cloud the judgment of any normal human being so as to confuse the work of the “Cold Case Posse” and myself as being only about Judge Snow.
Of course, anyone who has been following the bizarre story as it unfolded before Judge Snow, knows that it included a tale of stolen CIA data, hacking bank accounts, and spying on the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office and their legal team.
As reported in the press:
Snow asked Arpaio about the result of the Montgomery investigation being "junk."
Arpaio agreed with that assessment but said the investigation was still ongoing.
Chief Deputy Sheridan said that Montgomery was just “stringing us along.” So now we have it. Dennis Montgomery was the confidential source, paid hundreds of thousands of dollars by the Sheriff’s Office. He was baby sat in Seattle by Mike Zullo, and the two deputies that Zullo disclosed made up the team of the new super-secret criminal investigation. It was all a scam, and Arpaio confirmed it under oath.

Um, no, it doesn't confirm that: it increases the probability, but the wording is such that "the work of the 'Cold Case Posse' and myself" could be two separate projects. And Arpaio has only confirmed that "the second, criminal, investigation" was junk.

While I do think Montgomery was scamming Zullo, I also think there were two cons going on: one producing fake "forgery" evidence, and one for the "DOJ conspiracy".

One of the definitions of "confirm" is:

"to strengthen (a person) in habit, resolution, opinion, etc.:"

That is the sense in which I used the word.
I really don't see how "the work of the 'Cold Case Posse' and myself" could mean two separate projects.
If he had said "with myself", I'd agree. But he's trying to make a point that there was more than one thing going on (it's not "all about Judge Snow").

I may be more sensitive to that sort of wording because I've spent a lot of my career as a consultant, and sometimes have to be careful about prepositions and conjunctions to make my relationships with clients clear.

Also, don't forget the way the MCSO "corrected" the statement that the detectives were working with Zullo on the BC scam when the AZ Politics blog asked them about it.

Dr. Con,

Amusing site. I'm not sure what to believe. What sucks about the "Birther Report" is that if you ask even the most inquisitive question that looks any bit critical, they (he?) won't publish it. It's lame. Also, about 50% of the posts have nothing to do with the Obama fraud issue.

Thanks for your comment. I do hope that there is a amusing side to the site, in addition to a little useful content.

I wrote another article at Obama Conspiracy Theories showing some of the time line of the Dennis Montgomery involvement and the Zullo Cold Case Posse investigation. One important thing that I have discovered, is that one must read what Zullo says very carefully, lest we think he said something he really didn't say. I don't know of anything Zullo said that asserts anything beyond the Montgomery information disclosed by Arpaio and Sheridan.

Remember that Zullo talked about the "two detectives" in the investigation that "turned dark" and now we know that the two detectives working with Zullo were the ones who went to Seattle to baby-sit Dennis Montgomery.

Three things happened in roughly the same time frame: Montgomery had brain surgery and suffered some strokes, Stephen Lemons disclosed the Montgomery connection and that Montgomery was a con man, and Mike Zullo stopped touting the dark, universe-shattering investigation.

The one thing that I do not understand is why Zullo was involved in the Montgomery investigation in the first place. Was he a "monitor" for Sheriff Arpaio? Was there some promise of something that would relate to Obama's presidential eligibility?
Arpaio and Sheridan didn't say anything about the "NSA document" on using Xerox machines to destroy metadata, or about the "technology no one knows about" being used to examine "the document" (presumably, the PDF). They spoke only of wiretapping and conspiratorial emails. That, plus the way Zullups have been talking about two separate investigations, is why I've been saying that Montgomery was running two cons at once.

So Zullo have have been in Seattle being suckered on the "BC evidence" con. Or, if the rumor that he was there on Arpaio's nickel is true, I would guess that Arpaio was just helping his buddy out by temporarily assigning him to the other investimagination so he could suckle at the county teat.
Zullo seemed to be tying the Xerox solution debunking to the secret investigation that caused him to be away from home for a month in the November 22, 2013 Freedom Friday interview.

Zullo: Well, I just wanted to call … I was listening to your radio show, and I just wanted everybody to know that you did talk to me, been in contact. This is moving in a direction that was not anticipated by us, and the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office. It is now deeply involved in other aspects of this and we’re working closely together as one team and one unit moving forward on this. I can’t give you any specific details. I can tell you this, though, the whole notion of a Xerox 7655 copier is out the window.
Well that does seem to tie it all into one investigation that involved Montgomery and the two MCSO deputies but remember this was Zullo speaking and we know that when his lips are moving more likely than not lies are coming out.
I think the Birther Report admin is afraid to bring the hammer down on the off-topic stuff, because then he'd have almost no posters left. If you removed everyone there, who isn't engaging in actual conversation and debate, there might be three or so people left.
Let's face it. What is there to comment about on the trash articles that Bob Nelson posts? He breathlessly reposts anything he can find with the words "Obama bad" or "Obama fraudulent" that his Google searches find or someone sends him. He has no original thoughts or original content. BR is an even shittier Birther version of the shitty "Before It's News"

Every comment stream quickly devolves into a childish display of Birther and conspiracy nutbaggery. It speaks volumes that the last remaining outpost in Birthistan is Bob Nelson's cesspool of a blog. Even Orly has pretty much abandoned Birther crap.
It's odd that I've been able to say what I've wanted to at BR all year. Nothing of mine to my knowledge has been deleted.

I try to be substantive in my comments, and I think that most of the time I am, although sometimes I think I sound like the trash-talking bad guy in a martial arts or game themed anime. "You can't win. You're too weak. You lost 216 court cases. Society derides you. You won't even make a footnote in history. 'Birther' has become a synonym for nut case. Nobody who is anybody agrees with you. 11 Judges say you are wrong. Obama got re-elected, so you failed. All you have is 'any day now.' All Zullo's evidence fell apart under scrutiny. You're following con men. ..."

So the supercilious Dr. Laughingstock finally admits he's a trash talking bad guy! Well, Kevin, perhaps if you'd had the grades to attend the distinguished Lysander Spooner School of Law instead of that obscure agricultural college in South Carolina, you'd have the fancy vocabulary chock-full of important-sounding Latin phrases we lawyer types employ with impunity and the robust appreciation for Natural Law one needs to be victorious in any debate ("Because God says so, that's why" has no plausible retort).

But as it is, you struggle to keep up. Using my superior intellect and knowledge of Natural Mathematics, I calculate that you can debunk a maximum of 100 Birther allegations per week. Not bad. But we Birthers can make up a thousand in a day. Ouch!

I await your guilty plea, but I make promises of neither leniency nor forgiveness.
So how did they celebrate Mother's Day at the original Gerbil Report? Why spewing their hatred of Michelle Obama like vomit from a dug addict who OD'ed on meth and heroine of course.

Birthers have mothers!?!?!?!?
I have seen nothing to support that they were even born. We certainly haven't seen Bob Nelson's, BSE's, or Falcon's birth certificates. (I am using classic Birther logic)
Mike Volin was all worked up about Michelle too:

You are kidding me!!! After how many years and this is still on her mind. This is all she has to say. This is her priority. What is she worried about? Outrageous!!! I ask all to join me. I am not finished. I want to bring everyone involved in this down. I don't plan on stopping. We have to keep moving. Ok let's go. Contact me get a kit. We are making more progress each day. Here is a hint: congress, elected officials, sheriff's departments et al are starting to relent. Pressure is the key. Call me for more info.
Sincerely
Mike Volin

First nice to hear Mike is still wasting time and money on his stupid and debunked "Sheriff's Kits" . He says 'we are making progress" but offers nothing to support that claim.

This is what got Mike all whiny about Michelle Obama. She gave a fantastic commencement address at Tuskegee University this past week. This is the part that got Volin upset:

And now, graduates, it’s your turn to take up that cause. And let me tell you, you should feel so proud of making it to this day. And I hope that you’re excited to get started on that next chapter. But I also imagine that you might think about all that history, all those heroes who came before you -- you might also feel a little pressure, you know -- pressure to live up to the legacy of those who came before you; pressure to meet the expectations of others.

And believe me, I understand that kind of pressure. (Applause.) I’ve experienced a little bit of it myself. You see, graduates, I didn’t start out as the fully-formed First Lady who stands before you today. No, no, I had my share of bumps along the way.

Back when my husband first started campaigning for President, folks had all sorts of questions of me: What kind of First Lady would I be? What kinds of issues would I take on? Would I be more like Laura Bush, or Hillary Clinton, or Nancy Reagan? And the truth is, those same questions would have been posed to any candidate’s spouse. That’s just the way the process works. But, as potentially the first African American First Lady, I was also the focus of another set of questions and speculations; conversations sometimes rooted in the fears and misperceptions of others. Was I too loud, or too angry, or too emasculating? (Applause.) Or was I too soft, too much of a mom, not enough of a career woman?

Then there was the first time I was on a magazine cover -- it was a cartoon drawing of me with a huge afro and machine gun. Now, yeah, it was satire, but if I’m really being honest, it knocked me back a bit. It made me wonder, just how are people seeing me.

Or you might remember the on-stage celebratory fist bump between me and my husband after a primary win that was referred to as a “terrorist fist jab.” And over the years, folks have used plenty of interesting words to describe me. One said I exhibited “a little bit of uppity-ism.“ Another noted that I was one of my husband’s “cronies of color.” Cable news once charmingly referred to me as “Obama’s Baby Mama.”

And of course, Barack has endured his fair share of insults and slights. Even today, there are still folks questioning his citizenship.

And all of this used to really get to me. Back in those days, I had a lot of sleepless nights, worrying about what people thought of me, wondering if I might be hurting my husband’s chances of winning his election, fearing how my girls would feel if they found out what some people were saying about their mom.

But eventually, I realized that if I wanted to keep my sanity and not let others define me, there was only one thing I could do, and that was to have faith in God’s plan for me. (Applause.) I had to ignore all of the noise and be true to myself -- and the rest would work itself out. (Applause.)

So throughout this journey, I have learned to block everything out and focus on my truth. I had to answer some basic questions for myself: Who am I? No, really, who am I? What do I care about?

And the answers to those questions have resulted in the woman who stands before you today. (Applause.) A woman who is, first and foremost, a mom. (Applause.) Look, I love our daughters more than anything in the world, more than life itself. And while that may not be the first thing that some folks want to hear from an Ivy-league educated lawyer, it is truly who I am. (Applause.) So for me, being Mom-in-Chief is, and always will be, job number one.

Of course every thing she said was true. She was subjected to all of that and more. Even after all the proof and all these years there are still small minded morons like Mike Volin questioning President Obama's citizenship. Anyone who has a problem with Michelle Obama's remarks has a real problem themselves.

You think you're the first to call me a small minded moron? HA! Get in line, pal.

Some people just don't give a kit. But Cmdr Kerchner and myself, we give a kit! Make that 30,000 to 50,000 kits, to be exact. You may ask, are all these Sheriffs Kits making a difference? Well, as the saying goes, the proof of the pudding is in the tasting. And this pudding tastes like kit.

We have VIPs who are so VI that I can't even name them. The Sergeant at Arms has a kit, so we can pretty much expect an arrest any day now. I'm pumping out kits like the world is on fire - which, if you haven't noticed, it is! I'm literally full of kits.

I really need to move these kits. Do you have one? Order a dozen and show your family how committed you are. I keep overhearing my family members talking about me, and that word comes up a lot: committed.
That was either a funny parody or the real Mike Volin. Volin is so detached from reality that it is impossible to tell. (It was funny and I know it wasn't Volin.)
I heard that Sheriff's kits make great coasters.
"He says 'we are making progress' but offers nothing to support that claim. "
Well, they've put every member of Congress, every governor, every state AG, and every sheriff in the country "on notice". That makes about 4000 people they'll be to convict of treason and hang immediately when their revolution succeeds. Should be a real time-saver.

Plus, the fact that not a single one of the recipients has taken action is Irrefutable Proof(TM) of their belief that absolutely everyone in every government is in on the fraud. What once was just a suspicion is now A Proven Fact.

It may not seem like much to you and me, but compared to their (lack of) previous achievements, it's a giant leap forward.
I just listened to BR's newest article with Cmdr Kerchner and KNUS's Peter Boyles. Total BS. Shame on you, Boyles.

CDR Kerchner: Obama's Fabricated Background And Connections To Subud
https://www.youtube.com/watch?t=941&v=XVy1uou...
Surprisingly ★ BIRDBRAIN ★ said something that almost made sense at BR:

I'm going to post this question here since most posters have probably moved on from the last thread -

Does anyone have any clue how the 'second criminal investigation' is at all connected to the Obama fraud? This turned 'dark' according to previous threads.

Yeah, I get it - an attempt to discredit Arpaio in case the CCP releases the results. That's obvious. I think most people get that aspect. However, it's not illegal for a Judge's wife to run her big mouth to her friends and someone overhears it. Further, that's hearsay even though it's been confirmed that she did appear to say it. I get it that Snow is a dirtbag that cross-examined Arpaio from the bench - and if that's not illegal - it's at the very least unethical - since he appears to have been a probable target of some goose chase.

I haven't read anything that connects this directly to Obama / Arpaio / Zullo / CCP and the fraud and forgeries. What am I missing here. It's not illegal for a Judge to have a grudge against a Sheriff. Happens all the time. Often times it's political - so what.

Criminal investigations are opened every day by a sheriff's office - that's what they do. They investigate crimes. Again, is there something monumental that connects any of this to Obama?

I am sure it was a temporary lapse and he will be back to craziness shortly.
